F**k This Economy!!!

So, on a regular trip to the grocery store I became extremely irritated and pissed off at how high food costs are now. I can't believe things are getting so bad. I don't know anyone who makes enough money to afford that much for groceries, and it's probably going to get worse. It makes me mad because I feel like I will never be able to afford a house for my family and still have money left over to save for my girls' college funds. I love being a mom and I really want to have more kids, but now it seems like that would be the selfish thing to do. There is no way I could afford another baby with food prices, gas prices, and house prices ALL going sky high. I can't even buy a pack of string cheese for less than 4 f-ing dollars. This "normal" trip to the grocery store has ruined my day, and I feel like my future is going to be one big black hole.

I'm a Newbie!!

So, I'm pretty excited to have a blog that isn't Myspace related. I decided that since work is slow and I am horribly bored that I would do something productive for my family, i.e. BLOG! I guess now would be a good time to vent about how 2008 has been such a beast of a year. First, in February of this year, our vehicle was broken into and my purse was stolen. We were parked right in front of an elementary school where a carnival was taking place. But apparently these a-holes had big enough balls to smash my passenger window and steal my purse from under the seat. I lost my wallet, cell phone, car key, house key, office keys, pictures of my girls, and my social security card. Grrrr. Second, Josh lost the job he had at ADT. It was a decent job, as far as pay goes, but I know he hated it. Finally, Josh was out of work for three months, so now we're pretty much BROKE! But, he did find a much better job that I think he will enjoy. So, all in all I guess it could be worse, but it's been frustrating lately. I'm not too sure what we did to deserve any of this, but Hey! it happens. That's all for now. I will post some pictures very soon.
